Following a competitive tender process in 2013, Barnack Estates
UK Ltd were selected as the main contractor for the construction of
our new 60,000 sq-ft warehouse and offices at
Papworth Everard, Cambridge. We were very impressed with
their handling of the whole project, from initial discussions and
tendering, through to actual construction and final completion. Rob, Gary and their
team delivered a quality building, on time and within budget, and I
would have no hesitation in recommending their service
Butter UK Ltd had purchased a site in Yaxley to build new offices and provide yard parking. Barnack managed the building of these premises very professionally. Contact was regular with a works schedule for us to follow and regular meetings. The construction workers used were all amenable and we found communication an easy task. We were very pleased with the finished build as the designed space works very well for our needs
We needed to relocate our business in a very short time frame and to a specific budget, after surveying locations and options we approached Rob and the Barnack Team. Throughout the whole design and build we were kept informed and involved in decisions to ensure no delays or compromises were made.
