Work was completed on time and under budget for 33,000 sq ft at Viking Trade Park, Newark Road, Peterborough in the Autumn of 2008. 75% of the site has been sold or leased with two high quality units remaining.

Work continues on our exciting 22 acre Eagle Business Park in Yaxley. Nearly seven acres have been sold with options to buy serviced land from 0.3 acres to 10 acres. The first industrial units will be available for occupation by June 2010.
